We handle
a dangerous product.

A litre of fuel does not forgive approximation. Here is how we store it, transport it and sell it — and what we expect from our customers.

Our commitment

Safety
before volume.

At a station, a depot or on a tanker, an incident is never minor. Our procedures are those of a petroleum operator, inherited from seventy years of operation and maintained after the takeover.

[Certifications and standards to be specified: ISO, internal standard, external audits.]

  • At the station

Refuelling instructions, no phones and no flames, inspected extinguishers, staff training.

  • In the depots

Containment, detection, emergency procedures and regular drills.

  • On the road

Drivers trained in dangerous goods transport, inspected tankers, supervised routes.

  • On the product

Analyses on receipt and before delivery, batch traceability.

Environment

What must not
end up on the ground.

Hydrocarbons pollute for a long time and far afield. Three subjects carry most of the risk.

  • Spill prevention

Double-walled tanks, containment bunds, anti-pollution kits in every station and every tanker.

    [Equipment to be confirmed]
  • Used oils

Collection of waste oils and handover to approved channels. Never discharged into the waste water network.

    [Partner channel to be specified]
  • Lower consumption

Additisation lowers vehicle consumption. Solar lamps extend access to off-grid energy.

Your obligations

What we ask
of you.

At the station as on your own site, a few rules are not negotiable.

Engine off

Throughout refuelling, without exception.

No phone

No calls, no lit screens near the pumps.

No flame

Cigarettes, lighters, matches: forbidden across the whole forecourt.

Approved containers

Fuel is not carried in just any can.

Children and passengers

Out of the vehicle or kept inside it, never around the pump.

In case of an incident

Tell the staff immediately. Never try to deal with it yourself.

An incident to report?

A leak, a smell, faulty equipment, risky behaviour: tell us straight away.
